THERMONECKS neck cooler
·
THERMONECKS is an innovative temperature control band that brings your body back to its thermal sweet-spot. Use in the heat, after a workout, working outdoors, while cooking, or if you’re falling asleep behind the wheel. THERMONECKS dual temperature technology keeps the device at 57℉ (14°C) and 68℉ (20°C), reducing stress, increasing focus, and returning you to your peak condition.
As we head towards summer, projects seem to be popping up to cater to what we might need in the heat of summer. We reviewed the scammy Metaura Pro neck cooler earlier. The THERMONECKS skips the tech and tries to do the same in an innovative way.
There are many neck ice coolers on Amazon, but their designs make them less portable than THERMONECKS.
Background
A quick check on the THERMONECKS trademark shows Dispis Co, Ltd from South Korea as the owner of the brand.
The Kickstarter campaign is created by Degreve Inc, from New York. The company is registered under the address of 139 Centre St Ste 304, New York, NY 10013-4554, United States. It is interesting to note that there are dozens of companies registered under the same address, so we suspect it is not an actual office address where the company works out of.
Degreve claims that their team developed and produced the THERMONECKS. Given that the trademark is owned by another company, it is hard for us believe whatever else they claim on their campaign page.
Mind you, the trademark by Dispis shows pictures of the THERMONECKS product as well. The trademark application was submitted in August 2021, so Dispis already had the product back then.

Hi, I’m Takeshi.
I’m a cyborg bear. You might think I go for techy stuff, but I do have an artistic side and appreciate good design.
